Shipping & Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the product category and the destination country:
- Europe: Free shipping on orders over €70. Shipping cost for orders under €70: €5.95
- Spain: Free shipping on orders over €39. Shipping cost for orders under €39: €5.95
- UK: Free shipping on the "Emulsionizer" version. Shipping and customs clearance cost for all other products: £25 (British Pounds).
- Rest of the World : Free shipping on the "Emulsionizer" version. Shipping cost for other models: €50
Our shipments are sent via courier (UPS, DHL, Correos, etc.) with tracking and insurance. Shipping costs include handling and packaging, postage, and delivery to the customer's address.
If delivery cannot be made, the customer must follow the instructions of the transport company to arrange a new delivery or the collection of the order.
Shipping Times
Orders are normally prepared within 24–48 business hours.
The estimated delivery times from the date of order placement are:
- Iberian Peninsula: approximately 48 hours.
- Europe: between 1 and 7 working days.
- Outside of Europe: between 3 days and 3 weeks, depending on the destination.
Orders are not prepared or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays in Spain.
Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by issues with the carrier, customs, or other circumstances beyond Chufamix SL's control.
Customs & Tariffs
Regarding international shipments outside of Europe, there are countries, especially the USA, that may charge fees that vary every few months.
In some cases, they may require a national identity card number (DNI/NIF) to complete the process.
Failure to complete this information, filling it out incorrectly, or failure to pay the fees may result in the shipment being held by customs services.
Chufamix SL is not responsible for any fees and delays that may be caused by customs services, nor for any import clearance fees or other charges that may apply to the product in each country, except in the UK.
Sales tax (VAT)
The applicable VAT will be calculated in accordance with current regulations and, where appropriate, based on the country and delivery address indicated during the purchase.
The final amount, including applicable taxes, will be displayed before you confirm and pay for the order.
Delivery addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the address provided is complete and correct.
If an order is returned because the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, or because the shipment has not been collected within the time frame set by the carrier, we may charge the customer for the costs of a new shipment.
Warranty
Vegan Milker by Chufamix has a 3-year warranty.
The warranty covers non-conformity and manufacturing or material defects under the legally established terms.
It does not cover damage resulting from improper use, impacts, normal wear and tear, product modifications, or failure to follow instructions for use and maintenance.
Withdrawal and Returns
If you purchase as a consumer through our online store, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase without needing to justify your decision, except for the exceptions provided by law.

Please include your name and order number whenever possible.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product without undue delay and within the corresponding legal period.
The customer will bear the direct cost of the return when the withdrawal is not due to a defective product or an error attributable to Chufamix SL
The product must be returned with all its components, accessories and, whenever possible, in its original packaging.
The consumer may examine the product in a manner similar to that which they might do in a physical store. However, they may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Once the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised, we will refund the legally corresponding amounts, including, where applicable, ordinary delivery costs, using the same means of payment used in the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
The refund will be made within the maximum legal period of 14 calendar days from the date we are notified of the withdrawal , and we may withhold it until we have received the products or until the customer presents proof of their return, as appropriate.
If the product you received has a defect, damage, or preparation error, please contact us so we can handle the issue at no cost to you, in accordance with the applicable warranty and regulations.
