Melon seed´s juice (video recipe)

Normaly we don´t eat the core of the melon, but in Central America they do. So we´ve tried with chufamix and discovered a nutritious refreshing summer drink !

Ingredients

  • ½ litre of water
  • 200 grams of fresh melon seeds, from a melon that has just been cut (a string of seeds)
  • 1 tablespoon of cane sugar, agave or honey (choose your favourite)

Preparation

  1. Fill the Chufamix container with half a litre of water

  2. Put the string of fresh seeds in the filter glass

  3. Blend the melon seeds for one minute

  4. Take the filtering glass out of the water, using the Chufamix mortar, slowly squash until you squeeze out the last drops of the juice.

  5. To make it tastier add some diced melon pieces into the filtering glass before blending.

Water temperature

Do it with hot, tepid or cold water, as you prefer. If you are not going to drink it right away, keep it in the fridge.

Look the video recipe and enjoy making juices or  plant milks with any kind of seeds in our youtube channel.

There is no limit & it´s very healthy !
