At Chufamix we don’t like to throw food away and we like to make the most of it, recycle it and invent new uses for it. After making homemade vegetable milks with Vegan Milker we have come across all kinds of pulps of all flavours, textures and colours.

As we love to experiment, we have tried, with varying degrees of success, an extensive list of vegan recipes for their use.

It all stemmed from a very practical question. We have a lot of pulps…

What can we do with it?

We have several ideas to turn it into a delicacy that will delight the palate and pocket. “Pulping” in our language means recycling, inventing, tasting, discovering how to eat better.
